These terms apply when you use this website or register with Nila Services, the recruitment business of NILA GROUPS. By creating an account or submitting a registration form, you agree to them.

What Nila Services does

We collect job seeker profiles and employer requirements, and our team matches the two. We introduce job seekers to employers. We are not the employer: the job offer, pay and working conditions are agreed between the employer and the job seeker.

Registering does not guarantee a job, an interview or a set number of matches.

Your account

  • You must be 18 or over to register.
  • The information and documents you give us must be true, current and your own.
  • Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • Tell us if your details change. Job seekers can update their profile from their dashboard. Employers can update their company details and close their jobs from their dashboard.

Employers

  • Only post roles that are real and currently open.
  • Follow the law when you hire, including employment and anti-discrimination law.
  • Use the details of job seekers we introduce only to consider them for the role.

Optional paid services

Job seekers can choose optional paid services on the documents and billing page during registration, such as a uniform, a digital signature, a QR digital ID card and processing. The price of each one is shown on that page before you choose it. They are optional, and choosing them does not guarantee a job.

Things you must not do

  • Give false information or upload documents that are not genuine or not yours.
  • Use another person's account or details.
  • Copy or collect data from this website in bulk, or try to get into parts of it you are not allowed to use.
  • Use this website for anything unlawful.

If you break these terms, we may suspend or close your account.

Closing your account

You can ask us to close your account at any time. Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to your information.

Our responsibility

We work to check the information on this website, but we cannot promise that every profile or job requirement is accurate or complete. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for decisions made by employers or job seekers, or for losses that come from them.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page.
